It’s durian hunting time.
This time, we visited Sim Koa Yen (成果园), a durian orchard located in the Machap District of Melaka, along Jalan Durian Tunggal. It’s about 40 minutes drive from the Ayer Keroh toll plaza. Sim Koa Yen is among few durian orchards awarded the SALM (Farm Accreditation Scheme of Malaysia) certificate by the Ministry of Agriculture. The owner, Mr Yap took pride in his 100% organic durians and various type of high grade durians such as D24, Red Prawn (红虾), Jiabili (甲必利), Cibei (慈悲), Raja Kunyit (坤玉王), Mas Johor (柔佛黄金), Horlor (葫芦) and etc.
They serve durians in buffet style for only RM35 per person or simply durian a la carte.
We reached Melaka town earlier for some delicious foods.

The orchard is about 5km from the main road. The road condition is good.
So, we reached the gate.
It is also a well established buddhist center.

Finally had chance to try this. The famous low-sitting food stall close to longkang located on the backstreet of Jalan Bunga Raya.
