Second visit to MIGF 2010 (Malaysia International Gourmet Festival) festival restaurant: Fu-Rin at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie.




The festival menu:
Full Festival Menu: RM230++ per person with wine / RM190++ per person without wine.
Light Festival Menu: RM120++ per person with wine / RM98++ per person without wine.
We went for the Full Festival Menu.

Pre-Dinner Drink: Junmai Ginjyo Namazake Kotsuzumi Hyogo.

Appetiser: Wagyu Negi Taro Tataki (Prime Wagyu Beef Rolled with Fine Sushi Rice and Tuna Belly).

Kahurangi Estate Riesling ‘07.

Starter: Sazae Suimono (Clear Crustacean Soup).

Kahurangi Estate Sauvignon Blanc ‘07.

Main: Barlon Sashi (Sea Urchin, Hokkaido Prawns, Ark Shell and Sea Bream).

Kahurangi Estate Pinot Gris ‘09.

Main: Gin Saiko Zuke (Cod Fish with Japanese Eggplant).

Kahurangi Estate Gewurztraminer ‘08.

Dessert: Goma Wasabi Azuki (Wasabi and Black Sesame Ice-Cream).

Kahurangi Noble Chardonnay ‘08.
