First of all, the idea of setting up Jogoya in Starhill is a big mistake from the very beginning. The positioning of Starhill as an upper class shopping haven is marred by the clientele that Jogoya is attracting. Some may complain that the price is steep but compared to the quality of food served there and the rental of Starhill, I suspect the operator is making a huge profit. That’s why the quality of food is deteriorating in the quest to cut down operating expenses. Been a regular diner there since their opening. There are many food items like alaskan king crabs, almond cookies, strawberry ice cream smoothies etc that just vanished from the buffet table. The first few times I was there, the oysters served were almost the size of a CD. Now, they are serving the smaller ones that I need to take 3 to equate the large ones they used to serve. Aside from the food quality that went down the drain, the cleanliness of the premise left much to be desired. The toilet wall at the guys toilet was splattered with shit the last time I was there. Made me puke on the spot. The flush was not funtioning most of the time. The Burmese they hired as general workers are not well-trained to work in a premise located in Starhill. It’s just so mismatched. I dread going to the toilet everytime I’m there. Would rather take the lift down the Feast for the ultra cool toilet.

However hv anyone of u experienced to be put on hold by their voice mail message machine? The English is terrible. It was so badly recorded, I can tell the person’s voice was trembling. And it actually pronounced “Zero” as “Gero”.. etc. haha
But – Dun get me wrong, im a still a total hardcore Jogoya fan!

i went there last week and ate my heart out. There are too much food for my small stomach! I probably ate only 10% of the food. I am going there again soon to complete my other 90% of the food.. he he he.. this time it is going to be 100% empty stomach prior to the feast. Wish me luck.
Comment by dreamer — November 3, 2007 (Sat) @ 7:44 pm
Tried the high tea yesterday (2pm to 4.20pm). Don’t know where to start as there are too much variety. The plate is too small to even hold 2 oysters, thus have to go for few rounds before start eating. The alacart order (where you place your metal clips on the counter) portion is very small, too small that you’ll have to put two clips instead on the same dish. The food is good but you can’t seemed to take your time and enjoy due to the time limit. In the end you’ll have to queue up for the haagan daz ice cream as everyone is rushing to get it before it is closed.

Agree with you Ali, not so fresh. Better go to the real Japanese restaurant.. Really disappointed.. Taste not authnetic, no udon, no soba, no miso… unorganize, too many customers (cause crowded environment.)Price:Expensive against the quality (not quantity).

Furthermore, tried daifuku : very very sweet, lemon juice also very3 sweet, ginger to eat with sushi tasty different with what I tried in Japan and bought at JUSCO, TESCO and carrefour.. By the way better use that RM88++ at another Japanese, or pay more get the real Japanese foods, and avoid buffet…

I went to Jogoya with my family for supper on 4 July 2008 as there was a promotion of rebate of RM20.00 for weekdays buffet.
Quiet a long queue during that evening and also looking forward for the delicious buffet. I have been there several times since 2006 and this is my 6th times.
I felt very disappointed with the food. Not much choice and the food is tastless especially the fish smell very strong and it does not cook well, oysters not fresh and the dessert not so nice like the previous one.
I can’t imagine Jogoya offered such a promotion and given such a bad food.
I think this will be the last time I’m having my buffet there. It is enough, no more in future.
That shouldn’t be the way they do business. If they still maintain to use this tactic, they can only do one time business. That’s it, customer will not come back as they still have many choices out there, NOT ONLY JOGOYA.

checked it out with friends & find the spread mind boggling. not a fan of japanese food but the seafood is not up to “FRESH” standard.
but the table service was very good & the staff (though never pick up the phone earlier) were quite friendly.
For RM78/++, sashimi MUST be real2 fresh-not supermarket quality – just edible.
Comment by june — November 16, 2008 (Sun) @ 12:34 pm
I just came back from lunch @Jogoya with my wife. it is our anniversary & so happened we had to pick up something from a shop in Starhill. we decided to dine there too.
i have read abt the bad customer service, half-price-therefore-half-variety of food & difficult reservations
1) http://pasim.wordpress.com/2007/08/08/jogoya-buffet-promotion/
2) http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/836713/+20
3) http://www.everyday.com.my/promotion/Buy-6-FREE-2-at-Jogoya.shtml
4) google “Jogoya”… u will find others
but i kept my fingers crossed, maybe it won’t happen to me…
before i proceed any further, the following is my personal opinion & first-hand experience. anyone may disagree (esp the jogoya management/chef), but none was made with malicious intend =P
upon reaching there, the staff was very helpful & friendly at the reception & cash counters. walking in, we were greeted by a long line of smiling waiters & waitresses.
“WOW!” i thought, this will be OK i guess…
After we got seated, i went around to check the food… true enuff, the variety was the watered down version of what i would hv expected from such a renowned & reputable buffet restaurant. Not quite what were shown in blogs/forums showed in 2006/7 (recession & econ crisis, i bet u’d say, but those patronizing this place can afford it – half priced or not… why make us feel like suckers?) If the restaurant “can’t afford” to give 50% discounts, then dun give… nobody likes to be treated like suckers.
i believe many malaysians r food-gourmet themselves, so i would say the type of food offered is not “OMG”-ish… basic sashimi, very basic indeed, bland chinese food & others were also plain… even the much-hyped coconut was also very plain. U can get better coconut at seafood restaurants anywhere, let alone those u’d find in Thailand.
Some netizens compared to other franchised outlets were right to say that those offer better variety.
i expected scallops like this: http://www.fotosearch.com/sc/CSP008/0080087/)
…but instead i got this: http://www.fotosearch.com/sc/CSP097/0972558/
Sashimi is plain, choices of fish: sting ray, butter fish, salmon, pomfret, needle fish; no crab, but good oysters, good abalone, good prawn; not my definition of “seafood” with many members missing. Dun remember seeing octopus, salmon roe, komochi-shishamo, jellyfish… or was i blind today? i walked every corners, i can’t be that blind… & my wife can’t be blind at the same time (so the statistical error is quite low)
Tempura: only saw the prawn. no vege, soft shell crab… but there were chicken nuggets i saw.
Then, the “Italian Creme” is plain white cream cheese (correct me if i’m wrong). having just visited Italy last month, i never had such dessert in Italy. OK, fair enuff, every chef has his own interpretation of his own recipe
bad service: i believe the bad service came from the “non-malaysian” waiters who dun feel comfortable speaking english & too busy to service u. i’m not racist, i hv burmese workers myself & they r nice ppl. but those waiters just speak rudely & with “i dun care” face & ended sentences with rough “i dun know” & rushed away. Yes, they r very busy. Malaysian waiter/waitresses were polite. About those who complaint that waiters put the ordered dish on table & rushed away, yes, they r busy, many tables to serve… & not trained to have manners, too busy 4 that… =P i hv seen better manners at kopitiam…
Wine: bland, subject to your palate…
Mochi: Peach mochi is good
Ice cream: Haagen Dazs – good choice, but no toppings.
However, this is the lunch. i was told the dinner has better variety. Yeah, more expensive rite?
overall, i dun feel awed much, but there are something for everyone. some love it, some loathe it… that’s life.
The choice is yours =)

Sherlyn, u should get compensation. My wife had similar incident with her other workmate in another japanese restaurant. more than half of them suffered food poisoning & they managed to get 50% compensation. write a letter & substantiate with medical report by doctor (maybe too late now?)
##is it halal??
Comment by me_xy82 — October 23, 2007 (Tue) @ 4:06 pm
It’s stated “No Pork Served”
Not Halal, because the meat (lamb, chicken etc) may not be slaughtered as per Muslim’s halal guidelines & the people preparing the food are not Muslim.
My malaysian muslim colleagues when posted overseas eat seafood only when there is no actual “halal” restaurant. that’s due to lack of choice. however, in malaysia, u need to decide urself =P

Agree 100%
I went to JOGOYA last night with my colleagues (6 of us) for buffet dinner, however, out of 6, 4 had food poisoning.
Wanted to check with JOGOYA if anybody had the similar problem with no luck, the phone can’t get through.
I’ve been suffering dhiaria since last night, and fever now. I’m going to see doctor now, make sure with the medical report and report it to the ministry of health if there weren’t any explanation from JOGOYA

Hi guys…
just checking if anyone had posted anything after my bad experience previously.
Wow! i’m surprised that it’s really bad! Food poisoning & all!
However, i was skeptical at 1st coz most ppl tried to eat everything as much as they can, & in the end suffered over-eating, stomachache, diarrhea or heartburn.
but i believe something is wrong if so many ppl r affected by the food!
i’m not a glutton & greedy when it comes to buffet. i dun over eat, but if this can also cause diarrhea, i think something is really really wrong with the food.
please do something abt it. lodge a complain.
hope u guys get compensation in some way or another.

i went to jogoya last friday 23rd jan 2009..very disapointed abt the staff services and the food.actually be4 i alrd been there 3 times( i very excited n go b4,som more recommend my fren also) but bcos we taken the half price promotion period,so we think the food might x ‘expensive enuff’ since we pay for half.last week i might to had pay the full price rm100+ and hope can eat the ‘more expensive’ food such like lobster.., but the food is bad then the half price.choice less then pass.very disappointed abt the variety of food.
2nd: abt the vip item: since the vip item x much n the choice x intersting enuff,my mom had choose the flower tea which the can see the floor in the middle of glass.but jogoya had provide the glass which cant show the flower, bcos of the glass x big enuff.and i asking the staff why,and she said that restaurant only provide tis glass.i wondering, since i pay more n using the vip item, wat kind of ‘vip item’ i had.my concern is,if jogaya cant provide the big glass and y they provide the flower as vip item,is x worthy as i x cant see the flower n better i use for other vip item.
3rd:on that day, i go with my family and totally is 12ppl,as we know jogoya ll provide the furnace for us to cook the food, try imagine,12 ppl isit enuff for 2furnace?and we request 1 more.yes, the waiter taken another 1 for us also.but afterward, another waiter come and take the furnace out without inform us until we ask,she jus said ’1 table only 2furnace’ .but i saw outside table can 6 ppl share 2furnace.y we need 12ppl jus only share 2furnace,ok,i might thinking they x enuf money to buy furnace.
4th:as my mom x eat beef, when i walk around with my mom and pass by the pizza section, and i use friendly voice to ask the cheif:’wat is the stuff on the pizza top” try thinking wat she answer.she said “jus take it” i x believe wat i heard,i ask again..she really said “jus take it”..oh my goodness, wat kind of sevices?she is understood english.but dont want asnwer my question..
5th:at the end,2 of the 12 ppl vomit and stomache cos of food poisoning.dont know is another 10 ppl lucky or the 2 guys unlucky, but this 2 guy had eat sometime different with another 10ppl.like the baby octopos and unagi.
p/s:i very very like to eat japanese buffet and dont might pay rm100.but now, i thinking to searching another new place..

This happened to me today. I called Jogoya for info on the 1 for 1 promo flyer that i got. I made the first call in the morning, a woman said i can get more coupons when i get to the restaurant . Unconvinced, I tried again in the afternoon. Anor guy picked up the phone and very abruptly told me that they don’t give out coupons. I POLITELY told him of my previous conversation in the morning and he just HUNG UP ON ME!!! I was fuming and called Jogoya again and again (i think i made anor 8 calls before anor woman picked up the phone). I was in a very good mood and I POLITELY told her what just happened and requested to speak to the manager to enlighten me on the confusion. She told me there is no manager there!!
I have never been to JOgoya but this incident has put me off the place. I am not a food connoisieur but I am sure there are other places to place my hard earned money for a good buffet. If our dear Pete is with Jogoya, please take heed of the negative comments made and remember the power of the internet. Consumers today are discerning and will not tolerate bad customer service and bad food (pun intended). Cheers!

Comment by pete — February 4, 2009 (Wed) @ 12:29 am
Hi all,
The symptom of food poisoning include:
1)nausea/dizziness/headache
2)vomiting
3)diarrhea
4)abdominal cramping
5)fever (if bacterial infection)
6)fatigue/tiredness
different contaminants (bacteria/virus) will cause different symptoms and different range of severity. The most severe (like salmonella, E.coli, pesticide etc.) can cause liver breakdown, jaundice, kidney failure, or death.
the best is to consult a doctor, but diarrhea & vomiting is clear indication of “contaminated food”.
Since different ppl hv different experience visiting the restaurant, it is fair if u wanna try it urself. i believe the intention of many comments here are first-hand experience. Certain food poisoning can be isolated case, so, not everyone will be affected at the same time.
Nobody would want to bad-mouth a good restaurant. Example: those good “beggar chicken”/seafood/coconut toddy restaurants are (mostly) hidden & had no advertisement. the reputation/popularity spread by word of mouth.
if there r still ppl who take offense in these comments, take it with a pinch of salt.. life goes on! =P
Comment by enmavel — February 4, 2009 (Wed) @ 2:01 pm
why going all the way to complaint for the so call poisoned victims, but can not show proof? All readers want proof N evidence! this is so not funny. may be to you. but it isn’t. what if that was your own restaurant or your business ahh? Would you still keep on complaining poisons?
all complaints with proof are welcome!
No proof no talk! Just enjoy the meals and say something good ……

Hi, referring to the food poisoning incidents. Me and my colleagues (20 of us) went to Jogoya on 14/Jan/09 and 6 had some food poisoining symptoms – nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and stomach cramp. Some visited doctor, one was even dehydrated due to severe diarrhea.
On 16th Jan, we wrote to Jogoya seeking them to investigate into this and hopefully they can re-assure us with some preventive measures. They did reply us and even visited us in person.
Initially, due to the severity of me and my colleagues conditions, we were very disappointed with Jogoya. However, after their manager visited us and informed us that they have made several measures to prevent all this from happening, we are very glad that Jogoya took up the responsibility and even received an audit from the Health Department.
So hopefully we can still continue enjoying the sumptuous buffet without any more food poisoining case.
p/s: Seems like Jogoya DID have some issue on food safety.

None of you know that u can actually sue the restaurant for food poisoning?
Next time, if u feel any discomfort of any symptoms of food poisoning appear after your meal in JOGOYA, before u go 2 c a Dr, make a police report first.
After you recover, with the proof from the Dr that u really suffer from food poisoning & police report, then proceed & take legal action against the restaurant & file for compensation.

Just came b from jogoya today for high tea, there are several issues i need to point out for others who might go there. Issues i met today as of 25 Apr 2009 is as below:
1. Disorganized, food station scattered it would be confusing for 1st timer.
2. Communication barriers with waiters and waitresses, as most of the workers that serve customers are foreigners they do not understand english, bahasa and other languages that we speak in M’sia and very not enthusiast to help.
3. Seafood is a disappointment for those who love fresh seafood. Note: I could not taste the sea water taste in oyster where it should be if its fresh.
4. Alcohol station is a disaster where the red and white wine does not taste like it should be. Let me explain though im not a wine expert but im a frequent wine consumer, somewhat i do get a little experience of how to enjoy it. White wine tasted like woodchips dip in alcohol and the red is just bland. Note: u get what u pay is the idea there.
In conclusion, it was a great experience to have dine in Jogoya but one time experience would be good enuff for me. So it is up to you to decide. I am not giving Jogoya bad name but im just telling what i felt so it is totally up to you guys. No offense to anyone.
Pete if you’re working in Jogoya i would suggest better customer service would greatly help to customer retention in order for them to revisit Jogoya again. Thanxxx
Ps: Sorry ahmok.com i took so much space for my little experience.

shit! it’s truth, i went jogoya with my gf last month and both of us having food poisoning badly. i diarrhea whole day and my gf vomit and diarrhea. stupid restaurant!
Comment by Japanjin — April 30, 2009 (Thu) @ 3:52 am
Pete,
Sorry for not replying. I’m still alive and kicking.
However, as it’s a buffet, it’s hard to pinpoint the exact food that caused the food poisoning. Nevertheless, most of the sufferers DID NOT consume raw seafood (raw oysters, raw fish). Thus, the affected food items may be coming from cooked food…or could be the raw food that we didn’t cook well ourselves.
Yes, as mentioned, Jogoya visited us and said they’ve taken preventive steps. Frankly, they re-assured us that things have changed and invited us to visit Jogoya again. But most of my colleagues were reluctant to return there.
Earlier this month, Jogoya sent us 10pcs of Meal Vouchers through the mail. So we thought, ok, let’s try and see if they’ve improved. Last night, 18 of us went (of course we paid for the remaining 8pax) to Jogoya again.
So far, 12hrs have past, and I’m still ok.
BUT…the disappointment was there. My colleague saw roaches on the food counter but the workers didn’t care. And much to my horror experience…I saw a RAT at the Soup/Dim Sum area!!!! A RAT!!!!! The worker didn’t see it. But I saw IT running on the floor towards the bottom of the shelf!! I was stoned, disgusted and felt extremely “geli”.
I tried telling the waiter who came to our room, sadly, the guy didnt understand me. I spoke Chinese and English to him, but at last, I drew a RAT and the waiter responded, “Oh…how many?”
I said, “One! At the soup counter!!”
He replied with a smile, “Oh…one? OK.”
…omg…how should I respond?
I told all my colleagues there about this. We all agreed that it will be our LAST visit at Jogoya.
Too bad I didnt have any evidence to prove what I saw.
So, friends and readers here…you decide. I’m not trying to bad-mouth the restaurant, but I just hope someone can suggest what we, as the consumer, can do to help improve the food service in our community.
Comment by seksek — May 1, 2009 (Fri) @ 2:11 pm
I think Jogoya should stop wasting time for sending ppl keep on explaining and ague ring with the public, i believe nobody want to talk bad about them, they are just sharing their experience with the public, i never been to Jogoya before but through friends who visited the Jogoya i believe the Jogoya Kitchen do need to be improved. I will suggest to the management of Jogoya should scarify to close 1 day for business & do a general cleaning for their kitchen before the Health Ministry Department take action.

i went Joxxxx last year june, 5 of us visited and 4 of us getting food poisoning!! i do complait to Joxxxx, and they told me they already sent my report to insurance company to get the money back, but after 1 year, no reply from Joxxxx or so called insurance company. i still have my full set of “Doctor report” and a “form” from Joxxxx asking about how we get food poisoning after take meal at Joxxxx.
i wonder how was my case settlement for last year complaint, so last week i went to starhill to check with the manager of Joxxxx.
The floor manager of Joxxxx is a sweet Taiwanese young girl, she keep showing me GREAT smile and talking same no point REASON like “we already get improve (means she admit Joxxxx really bad last time), and i ask for what is their action to apologize to us , she told me she will be more careful. thats all.
HAR???
what an easy answer to ask me go back without reduce my anger? we were so suffering when food poisoning and now you say will do nothing to us?
she juz say, “WE DONT HAVE YOUR NAME ON OUR FOOD POISONING COMPLAIN LIST”.
Great!
i hope to see the list, how many thousand of us on the list?!
Joxxxx Management should eat on their own food and experience the pain of cant sleep, non-stop vomiting and fever and diehierre…etc.
and, let their manager tell them they dont know the case!
thinking to make a website name http://www.joxxyafoodpoisoning.com
to collect all food poisoning proof report to show PETE and The Star, Sinchew and Berita Harian if they really not take action to apologize to us.

I am scouting for a good buffet to bring my parents to for my father’s 70th birthday celebration next week. I have painstakingly read each and every entry on this blog as well as other blogs commenting on on Jogoya and other restaurants. My conclusions after reading this blog are:
1. It does not take a genius to see that Pete clearly has a vested interest in promoting Jogoya; either he is an owner or an employee there. This is evident from the following:
a) He lets slip a number of times, such as in his post, “Hope to see you in the Restaurant again”, on May 30, 2009.
b) Pete reacts so strongly and defensively against any negative comments about the food quality, continually berating others to show proof that they have suffered from food poisoning, to the extent that the moderator has had to delete some of his entries for being too “rude”. I do not believe that a disinterested or unbiased person would go to such extent to defend a restaurant, not once, but on almost every negative comment.
c) On at least one occasion, the moderator ahmok has had to delete attempts by Pete to post multiple entries using different names to make it seem as if there are many people who support his (lone) position.
2. I have certainly no way of verifying the truth of food poisoning complaints in so many of the above posts, by so many different persons. Yet I am inclined to think that they are believable indeed, and that the food quality at Jogoya needs serious review, for the following reasons:
a) So many have complained of the same thing — food poisoning. They cannot be all wrong. The chances of it being a collusion by rival restaurants to spread negative publicity maliciously are slim. This is a systematic, consistent and recurring pattern that persuades me that the poor food quality is more real than faked. And note, these negative comments were by many various people, not one person trying to masquerade under several names and sending messages from the same computer, as Pete has apparently tried to do.
b) Just as Pete repeatedly taunts and challenges those who have complained to show proof, Pete (or Jogoya) can likewise be challenged to pursue legal action on the grounds of defamation against those who have complained on this blog. Why doesn’t he sue them (it is quite easy to trace the IP addresses and therefore the source of these messages and the real identities of those who post messages on blogs like this)? Is it because he knows he has no grounds to sue, if what they allege is the truth, i.e. that what they ate at Jogoya caused food poisoning? Is Pete/Jogoya afraid that any legal action will result in even worse publicity for the restaurant?
c) If Pete and Jogoya are indeed one and the same, his attitude towards substandard food quality is shocking and not to be taken lightly. Note the following example:
- “91. Ah Joan, It is ok, never mind, Who care??? Even if you are not going there anymore, but still a lot will go, understand?” (Mar 24, 2009).
Such cockiness and arrogance is unbecoming for any service establishment, much less where food safety is concerned. A restaurant owes a fundamental duty of care to its patrons to ensure that its food is safe and edible. It is quite telling that business at Jogoya has been far too good and it has taken its customers for granted.
Not that Pete or Jogoya would care, but I would rather spend my money elsewhere with greater assurance that we will not have diarrhoea or vomitting thereafter. Jogoya can look for other customers who are more willing than I to fork out the price of its buffet, plus the cost of medical treatment.

I was browsing around to find a good japanese buffet restaurant to bring my family for and came to this blog. It does sounds like this blog has become a Jogoya complaint site.
. Anyway, I decided it will not be where I will take my family to since there are so much complaint. I agree with Lex that pete must be an employee or owner of the restaurant after looking thru all his posting. All of pete’s posting are to promote the restaurant and blash people that have bad experience at Yogoya. Actually, I thought Lex made a good analysis about all the posting here.
Pete, if you are an employee or owner it is to the best interest of the restaurant that you stop posting because you are just making it worst.

And my sincere suggestion to Mr. Pete Stop making yourself/ Jogoya looking stupid here..For better damage control, try accept and digest customers’ feedback for good.. Listen to your customers’ voice rather than keep denying them by posting nasty reply. (Don’t you ever realize the impact of word of mouth, esp over the Internet?? Your “childish” action is seriously turning more potential customers away..) Stop whatever you are doing now as its not doing any good in restoring the good name of Jogoya. You are tarnishing it worse..
(Stop assuming readers here are all idiots..We do have brain to judge!!!!!)
Hope I’ll not create another round virtual war here.. muahahahhaha..

I don’t know why ah CH??? will post such a comment without having himself to visit the restaurant and experience TRUE luxury environment. This may be due to some UNKNOWN intention or purpose on his part.
Always remember, all complaints without proof and evidents were suspicious. All Smart and clever readers will accept the complaints if come with proofs.
I will side you if you show proofs and evidence. if not, what is the reasons of this comments? Could you explain? Cause of complaints? All readers want to know the reasons behind this complaints and pls find out the real cause of the comments before you 101% agree to someone!

1. Do call me Chloe..don’t add “ah” in front of ppl’s name as it’s rude..(and not funny)
2. Jogoya = luxury??!! Mr. Pete, I bet you never fine dine before then.. Anything that’s buffet is never considered fine/luxury dining to me.
3. I used to visit Jogoya on quite a regular basis till I noticed the quality of food was deteriorating..No hype keeping me going since then.
4. I believe that no one is hindering Jogoya’s good name on purpose here. Those comments up there are jst valuable/genuine feedbacks from Jogoya’s customers. You asking us to provide proof and evidence?? Shouldn’t Jogoya be doing the validation themselves?
5. Side me?? Why on earth do I need a moron to side me?? Explain??!!! There is nothing for me to explain here.. As the “wise” will judge by wisdom .. and “moron” will deny anything that’s true..
6. I believe all mok’s blog followers here are wise enough to judge!!
7. Pls get it right that my 101% agree was on Thomas’s statement that you are a JOKER!! (truly one)…Not on other issues…
8. Personally..You are truly a moron to me!!! And I can’t believe that I’m wasting my precious time replying to a moron like you!!
*I start to doubt that you might be a spy sent by Jogoya’s competitor to make things worse here
Aren’t you??!!! *

Dear all,
My 2 sen worth, I am from the food line and frequent Japanese buffet, I agreed with manay people here ,this place quality has fallen to dgs, though the place is clean. Quality is in the drain
1.No more Alsaka king crab, sushi variety ,dim sum has dropped
2.The rest Cook to order station food were lousy, dry and chewy, compared with the early years
3.Oysters are few and small, the Milk oysters limited, 30 varieties of oysters, where got? count yourself!
4. Chinese food section dim sum is lousy, herbal soups are horrible, where is xiao long pau?
In my opinion ,go to Sasaki, it is a better choice and 1/2 the price, some more now got discounts, this place is A BIG RIP OFF AND CON JOB FOR THAT PRICE
I hope Mr Jiang will read this e mail and do some thing otherwise this place is screwed!!!!!
For a person price I can feed my whole family at a roadside Tai Chow!!,at least these people take CARE OF QUALITY!

if you go other food blog, you will never see so much complaints about JOGOXX, like wat you see here.
Pls kindly search “JXXXYA ” at any search engine. No complaints or very little only, NOT Like here.
Please read carefully comments by those who made complaints , can not even show proofs like date , time and receipts number. And disappered for a long period after their comments without any reasons.
Thank you.
