Located on the third floor of The JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Third Floor is a cozy and quiet restaurant serving modern contemporary French cuisine.




We had their 9 course Degustation Menu.


Confused me.


Started off with complimentary bread…

and tart.

Butter Poached Oyster with Celeriac & Avruga.

Confit of scallop with Leek & Avruga.

Fresh Fig, Roasted Capsicum, Fennel Salad & Truffle Aioli.

Confit of Salmon with Kombu & Cauliflower Puree. Good one!

Sauteed Foie Gras with Artichoke.

French Duck Breast, Sweet Endive, Orange and Carrot Puree.

My main: Grained Fed Lamb with Apple Aioli.

Her main: Wagyu Beef with Red Wine Sauce.

Mixed Berries with Champagne Sabayon.

Petit Four.

Tea.

We had a bottle of Cattier Rose Champagne.
