Found some frozen fishes and meats in my fridge which I have no idea how long there have been stored inside. So I decided to cook a simple dinner on a fine Friday evening.
got some ingredients from Chinese herb shop…
fish…
pork ribs…
ready-mix Curry Assam paste… senang ajeh lah…
some vegetables…
squid and dried shrimp…
ok… start cooking…
done… here comes my dinner…
Curry Assam Fish.
Pork Ribs Herbal Soup.
Spicy Stir-fried Squid with Lady Finger.
Finish story.
