Sage is a French Japanese fusion restaurant led by the same chef as Cilantro. It’s located on the 6th floor of The Gardens Residences.
Their degustation menu is priced at RM 160 per person.
Complimentary: Pate with Gelatine.
Chef Specialty of The Day: Yellowtail (Amberjack) Carpaccio with Rockets.
Starter: Foie Gras with Vegetable Tempura (French Bean & Avocado).
My main: Cod with Foie Gras.
Her main: Wagyu Rib Eye.
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Tart with Ice Cream
