Everybody seems excited about the reopening of Cilantro. Cilantro is an upscale French-Japanese cuisine restaurant located at MiCasa All Suite Hotel. The fine dining restaurant reopened again not long ago after being closed for more than one year due to renovation.






Degustation menu @ RM300 per person. We went for a set and a main.


Complimentary Starter: Salmon.

Magaki Oyster with Tonburi, Tarashirako with Mentaiko on Rice, Tuna Ohtoro with Avruga, Angel Hair Pasta with Amaebi, William & Humbert Dry Sack Sherry. Shirako = fish milt = male fish sperm sac, I seriously need the Sherry to go with this dish.

Pan Fried Unagi with Foie Gras and Port Wine Reduction.

Consommé of Hokkaido Scallop and Truffle.

Complimentary Sorbet.

Japanese Beef with Garden Vegetable and Yuzukoshou.

Hot stone to keep the beef warm.

Her main: Maine Lobster with Asparagus And Americaine Sauce.

Chocolate Terrine with Pistachio Ice Cream.
