Chinese food at Gu Yue Tien (古月天) is consistently fresh and delicious. The menu varied from conventional Chinese cuisine to Dim Sum to fusion fine dining.
Pork Tripe Soup (猪肚汤).
Hot and Sour Soup (酸辣汤).
Foie Gras (鹅肝).
Braised Duck (焖鸭).
Baked Cheese Prawn (芝士锔虾).
Stir-fried Vegetables with Chinese Sausage (腊肠炒青菜).
We had Dim Sum too, Steamed Pork Ribs with Pumpkin (南瓜蒸排骨).
