went to Marche Movenpick at The Curve for dinner… the restaurant emphasize ‘fresh’ concept where foods are displayed everywhere and chefs are cooking right in front of customers… customers can actually ‘shop’ around and pick any item, request to cook or prepare for it… they have different food counters serving all kind of foods… like fresh juice counter, Rosti counter, Asian counter, grill counter, bar counter and many more… each diner is provided with a ‘passpost’ to stamp items that they’ve picked…
