i brought LiLi to Revolving Bintang Restaurant at The Federal Hotel for her brithday celebration… which claimed it has never stopped revolving for more than 40 plus years… it takes one full hour for a complete circle… no bad watching lights below your feet and stars on the sky while dining…

after that we went down to the Irish pub… at ground floor of The Federal Hotel…
