We had a quick lunch at the newly-opened Grand Palace Restaurant (皇宫海鲜酒家) in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Grand Palace is under the same management (Palace Group) as Imbi Palace Restaurant.




Roasted pork (烧肉).

Deep fried eggplant with meat floss (肉松茄子).

Braised pork belly with salted fish (咸鱼花腩煲). Someone was craving this since morning.

Old cucumber soup (老黄瓜炖汤).

Braised goose web with foie gras (鹅掌配鹅肝). Someone was craving this since morning.

Braised goose web with sea cucumber (鹅掌配海参).

My favorite: Guilinggao / turtle essence jelly
(龟苓膏). They said I’m very “Kuai Lin”.
